Remove your site

If the site is yours, you can remove it: its report is deleted, and we stop measuring it.

What happens?

  • The report and earlier measurements are deleted at once.
  • We stop measuring the site, both in the background run and when someone else asks.
  • The site stays out of search engines and the sitemap.

How?

You prove that the domain is yours the same way as in owner mode: with a DNS TXT record or a file on your site. Then you remove it with one click.

We do not handle this by email, because this way only someone who really runs the site can remove it.

Undoing it

You can undo the removal at any time: prove again on the owner page that the domain is yours, and undo it in the panel. After that, the site can be measured again.
